Apex Investment Group Marketing International was asked to establish a Middle Eastern subsidiary, for business associates who were already successful in US real estate development. From developing the name and brand of Apex Investment, through establishing a local presence and making connections on the ground in Dubai, Marketing International managed the process, providing the client with a ready to roll business.

The company was officially launched in the region at the Cityscape Dubai trade show event in 2005, with MI supporting the company™s event planning, exhibition standand marketing strategy.

Cherokee Fund Marketing International supports this established developer of brownfield sites, as it expands into Europe, building on a successful track record of regeneration across the USA.

The niche nature of Cherokee™s expertise requires it to seek out appropriate local development partners and sites that can be unlocked for development, across Europe. MI supports and manages the company™s presence and profile at key European real estate events and advises on strategic marketing alliances and sponsorships with key interest groups.

Macromir This major St Petersburg-based real estate developer has a development programme that will deliver commercial space for Russia™s increasingly sophisticated commercial sector and the city™s booming retail market.

Marketing International is developing a programme for Macromir that will deliver contacts with major international retailers, whose brands are being demanded by St Petersburg shoppers. This international promotion plan includes a significant presence at the ICSC Spring Convention, where MI will be managing production of the Macromir exhibition stand, on site marketing promotion, creating a Russian breakfast, providing targeted appointments with key retail brands, and ensuring the company™s involvement in key speaking opportunities during the conference programme.

Simon Property Group Simon Property Group is the largest publicly traded retail real estate company in North America, with an interest in 285 shopping centers in the US, And 53 centers across Europe.

Marketing International is retained by Simon to advise and assist on marketing opportunities, and to assist with appointment-setting and contact-making at key international property events.

Mills Global Marketing International provided senior management of this major retail REIT with guidance to create, implement and maintain strategic marketing plans and meet goals as it expanded into Europe.

MI™s activities included: planning international promotions; providing logistical support for exhibition and conference participation; coordinating communications to leverage all activities; taking advantage of PR opportunities; and recommending media buys where appropriate. Public relations services include the development and management of strategies to maintain a favorable image of the client and to further enhance the company brand. Having defined corporate media messages, more than two dozen major articles were placed in major European publications within the first year of this assignment.

While Mills in the US more recently experienced financial challenges, the positive image of Mills in Europe enabled the parent company to complete a quick sale of its assets in the UK and Spain. The MI team continues to support former Mills staff now in new roles.

ICSC Marketing International was founded to service the meeting planning, marketing and PR needs of ICSC. Having created their Annual Leasing Mall, the firm was asked to establish and manage a number of other meetings to serve the shopping center industry, including management conferences, and specialty conferences such as CenterBuild, an event created for the design and construction professions within the industry.

Today, MI is working with ICSC to export its strong US brand globally. Event marketing includes promoting sales, advising on exhibition and trade show positioning, negotiating strategic alliances, and executing an international public relations programme.
